Having become an annual traditional event of the Charitable Foundation Nadezda, this time the charity dinner gathered more than 80 guests, among whom were recognized faces of the business elite of our city, regular friends of the Foundation, as well as specially invited guests: actor, TV director, TV presenter – Sergey Druzhko and director, TV presenter, actor, Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation – Mikhail Borisov.

By tradition, the evening was opened by Nadezhda Abela, President of the Foundation, who told the guests about the work done, the amount of assistance provided over the 3 years of the Foundation’s existence (more than 8 million rubles) and projects for the future. The main goal of the Gala Dinner was to raise funds for an adapted, rehabilitation playground for Tver School No. 2, where 142 children are studying, more than 90% of the students are disabled children (with Down syndrome and other hereditary anomalies, autism spectrum disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, epilepsy, etc.).

The guests gathered to beautiful saxophone music performed by Maxim Polyakov. The incomparable hosts Andrey Yakovlev and Alexey Markov opened the program with the performance of the Fantasia show-ballet. Then the pupils of the world champions in ballroom dancing Oksana Vasilieva and Arsen Agamalyan – the couple Maxim Kirsa and Angelina Sekerzhitskaya – performed a magnificent dance of love. Inimitable singers Natalia Plinskaya and Anna Okudzhava amazed the guests with a gorgeous performance of popular hits! And at the end of the evening, before bringing out the sweet surprise, the guests were waiting for the performance of original genre artists Sergey and Angelika Klyuev, the artists immersed everyone in the atmosphere of magic and childhood!

The auction was held in one breath, in which the guests competed for luxury lots provided by the partners of the Foundation, a trip to the Maldives and a specially written for the evening painting by Yana Chursina “went away” for fabulous amounts for charity auctions of the Foundation. It is impossible not to mention the favorite drawing of gifts from friends of the Foundation, this time there were more than 50 of them, all lottery tickets were sold out in 15 minutes.

The Foundation would like to thank its partners for their help in organizing the event. The dinner managed to raise 752,500 rubles. In the nearest days the playground for the pupils of Tver School No. 2 will be paid for and installed as soon as weather conditions allow!
